- "Macchia di Sole" Private beach opening hours: 9.00 AM - 6.30 PM. Accessible by bicycles (provided), private car until the pinewood plus 800-meter walk, or free shuttle available every 30 minutes.
- Buffet Breakfast at L’Agrumaia from 8.00 AM to 10.00 AM.
- Dinner at L’Agrumaia offering Mediterranean and local cuisine with meat and fish dishes and farm-to-table products. Opening hours: 7.30 PM - 10.30 PM. Reservation is recommended. In case of cancellation by 3:00 PM, a takeaway meal is offered (1 cold dish + fresh fruit + 1 drink).
- “La Freschiera”, snack bar by the pool, opening hours: 1.00 PM - 2.00 PM
- “Il Grecale”, snack bar on the beach, opening hours: 9.00 AM - 6.30 PM. This snack bar offers Mediterranean snacks and brunch upon request.
- Wellness center (adults-only) opening hours: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays 4.00 PM - 7.00 PM.
- No barbecues are allowed to prevent fires

Rooms and Houses description
“LA CORTE ” rooms include Mirto, Gelsomino, Gelsomino Plus, and Ginepro rooms. Daily housekeeping and midweek linen change is included. All rooms, except Mirto rooms, feature a shaded outdoor patio furnished with a small table and chairs.
“IL BORGO” rooms include Oleandri houses, Aranci houses, and Acacie rooms. Daily housekeeping is not included. Midweek bathroom linen change and weekly cleaning are provided. They all feature a shaded outdoor patio furnished with a small table and chairs. Please note, Acacie rooms overlooks a nice equipped little grove.

Bookings, payment methods and cancellation policy
- In all rate plans will be required at the time of booking a deposit of 30% of the amount of the reserved stay.
- Abitually we offer free cancellation policy to 14 days date of arrival.
- After the free cancellation period, the total amount of your stay (100%) will be charged via pre-authorised credit card or instant bank transfer.
For cancellations beyond the free cancellation period:
A 30% deposit is retained as a penalty.
The remaining 70% balance will be made into a voucher, valid until September 2026

Cancellations made within 48 hours prior arrival are fully charged (100%).

The number of nights of your actual stay are charged, according to the daily rate. The remaining balance will be made into a voucher, valid until September 2026 (not-refundable prepaid rates not included).
Security deposit for services and equipment:
A €200 security deposit is required, by credit card or cash, upon check-in
