OUR VACATION PROPOSAL INCLUDES:

- Shuttle service to the Lido from the Masseria to the private beach, about 30 minutes intervals;
- Car parking in front of the private pine forest to walk to the beach, about 800mt;
- Salt water swimming pool and solarium on green lawn equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds;
- Adult wellness center, open 4 afternoons per week; (excluding B&B)
- N. 2 bikes wheel 26 per accommodation (with security deposit € 100,00 per bike);
- Internet wi-fi in the only outdoor areas of the Masseria.

The Il Borgo typology, consists of Oleanders house, Oranges house, Acacias rooms, are not served by daily tidying up but with bathroom linen change in midà week, with cleaning at the end of the week; They have outdoor dehors shaded and furnished with small table and chairs, excluding the Acacias rooms which have a furnished grove in front of the rooms;
The Il Borgo typology, consists of Oleanders house, Oranges house, Acacias rooms, are not served by daily tidying up but with bathroom linen change in midà week, with cleaning at the end of the week; They have outdoor dehors shaded and furnished with small table and chairs, excluding the Acacias rooms which have a furnished grove in front of the rooms;
All our accommodations have the equipment of led tv, frigobar, hairdryer, initial equipment of bath and bed linen, air conditioner in the only double room and fan in the possible second room, in some houses Oleanders and Oranges also the equipment (extra rate) of kitchenette with essential crockery, not present the kitchen linen and detergents; The rooms of the Acacias consisting of no.2 communicating doubles with double bathrooms, are considered as a single accommodation with regard to the provision of No. 2 bicycles and sea package with the provision of No. 1 umbrella and No. 2 sunbeds, and are subject to promotions as a single accommodation.

Reservation, payment method and cancellation policy
- In all rate plans will be required at the time of booking a deposit of 30% of the amount of the reserved stay.
- Abitually we offer free cancellation policy to 14 days date of arrival.
- In some cases, also non-refundable discounted rates.
- For all rate plans, upon expiration of the free cancellation deadline noted in the booking confirmations, 100% of the booked stay will be required by credit card pre-authorization or by instant transfer.
For the greater protection of the Guest
In case of cancellations beyond the terms of the free cancellation policy, the 30% deposit will be charged as penalty and a voucher worth 70% spendable until September 2026 will be provided to the Guest, excluding non-refundable prepaid rates; Proposal not valid for cancellations received in the 48 hours before arrival, where the penalty is 100% of the stay.
In the event of early departure from the reservation, the 30% deposit will be charged as a penalty; the actual vacation nights used at the daily rate proposed in confirmation will also be charged; For any remaining value, a voucher will be provided that can be spent until September 2026, excluding non-refundable prepaid rates.
Filling out the online Check-in deadline set in the reservation
On all rate plans, failure to complete online check-in by the set deadline will result in cancellation of the reservation itself with loss of deposit.
Security Deposit for use of services and equipment provided
È required minimum security deposit of € 200.00 per room exclusively by credit card or cash upon check-in at the masseria, or otherwise the greater deposit that will arise from the equipment booked by the Guest. Bank checks and American Express cards are not accepted.
